By using 31autodetailing.com or booking a service with 31 Auto Detailing Co. (“we,” “us,” “our”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
Services Provided
We provide mobile auto detailing services, including interior and exterior detailing, ceramic coating, paint correction, headlight restoration, and odor and pet hair removal, at a customer’s specified location within our service area (Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Morris, Passaic, and Union counties, NJ).
Booking & Scheduling
Appointments are booked through our online scheduling partner, Fieldd. You are responsible for providing an accurate service address, vehicle information, and contact details. We will confirm your appointment by phone, text, or email.
Pricing & Payment
Pricing is provided at the time of booking or quote and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, and services requested. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Payments processed through our booking platform are subject to that platform’s own terms.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
We ask that cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee. We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to weather or other conditions that make service unsafe or impractical.
Vehicle Condition & Liability
Customers are responsible for disclosing any pre-existing damage, aftermarket modifications, or unusual conditions affecting their vehicle prior to service. While we take care with every vehicle, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, mechanical issues, or loose/damaged trim and components not caused by our work. Any concerns about service quality should be reported to us within 24 hours of completion so we can address them.
Service Area
We provide service within our published North Jersey service area. Requests outside this area may be accommodated on a case-by-case basis and may include additional travel fees.

Content on this website is provided for informational purposes and may be updated without notice. You agree not to misuse the site, including attempting unauthorized access or disrupting normal operation.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
